Roy Haitzin

I graduated from the International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM) in 2008. I then established the Brighton Community Acupuncture Clinic, an affordable, thriving multi-bed acupuncture clinic in the heart of Kemp-Town, Brighton.

Having accrued five years of clinical practice I was recruited to join the International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM) western medicine faculty running the physiology component of the Bachelor in Science in Oriental Medicine degree programme and since 2014 I have been the Anatomy and Physiology Course Leader. I have a keen interest in orthopaedic disorders and the western interpretation of the Chinese medical model.

I visit BODDHI CLINIC regularly and offer acupuncture treatments specialising in acute muscular skeletal conditions. I also run numerous lectures for both health care provider practitioner career development and those with a general interest in health and Chinese medicine. These include the 200 hour Anatomy and Physiology course as part of ASCA and RME accreditation, the Treating the Back with Chinese Medicine and numerous evening lectures.
