Understanding fsn acupuncture

Fast acting, modern acupuncture technique to address chronic or acute pain conditions.

FSN Acupuncture is a modern acupuncture technique that addresses intense chronic or acute pain by stimulating the subcutaneous or fascia level of the body. It is fast acting and unlike traditional acupuncture requires the patient to move and test the results during treatment. Patient often report instant relief from pain, although the pain may return later in the day it will be far less intense and over the following days will disappear.

FSN Acupuncture works by systematically relaxing whole muscle groups by ironing out the fascia surrounding the muscle. Often joints or muscle group become tight, trapping in inflammation; by addressing this tension the inflammation can be dispersed and relieved.

Lucy is the only FSN acupuncture practitioner in Switzerland and is part of a small group of high level and highly trained acupuncturists who have been fortunate enough to learn this technique.
