Your enquiries
You can contact the clinic by phone or email. The information you share is used to answer your enquiry and arrange your visit. Do not send sensitive medical records in an unsecured message.
Booking with Agenda.ch
Online appointments use the clinic’s Agenda.ch calendar. This external content loads only when you ask to display it. Opening it shares the technical information needed by Agenda.ch, such as your IP address and browser. Details entered to book are processed within that external service, not in a form on this page. You can close the calendar at any time.
Appointment booking
To arrange an appointment, we ask for your name, email address, selected treatment and practitioner, and preferred date. Your phone number and message are optional. Do not use the form to send urgent information or a complete medical record.
Use and access
This information is used to arrange, confirm, reschedule or cancel the appointment and provide the related administrative follow-up. Reception staff can view all appointments, while each practitioner can access only their own appointments. Notifications contain only the minimum information needed.
Patient account and billing
If you create a patient account, your email address is verified to protect access to your appointments, profile and documents. Your billing details allow the team to prepare invoices; details on an issued invoice are kept with that invoice. You can export your data from your account.
Newsletter
The newsletter is optional and requires your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent in your profile or using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter. This choice is independent of appointment management.
Retention and security
Information is retained for the time needed to manage your relationship with the clinic and meet applicable obligations. For appointments made through Agenda.ch, retention and security arrangements are those of the service used by the clinic. Contact the clinic with questions about your booking data.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site currently uses no advertising cookies or audience measurement tool. Strictly necessary features secure sign-in, remember language and privacy choices, and operate the patient and staff areas when enabled. Practitioner rotation on the home page only uses temporary browser storage and contains no personal data.
Google Maps and external content
Google Maps is disabled by default and loads only after you agree in the privacy choices. Enabling it may send Google technical information such as your IP address, browser and the page visited. You can withdraw this permission at any time using the “Privacy” button shown on the site.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or, where applicable, deletion of your information. To exercise your rights or ask a question, write to the address shown above.
