Created especially for women in their forties and beyond, this series recognises the very real and often competing challenges of midlife: balancing caregiving responsibilities for children and ageing parents, navigating changes in energy, fi tness and health, making sense of an overwhelming landscape of wellness advice, and managing the physical and emotional impacts of peri- and post-menopause.
